Sometimes you have a complex situation that can't be handled by simply a camera alone. Call on us to help you figure out the solution to your problem. We've completed numerous installations for company's from Duke Power, International Paper, US Navy and Ginn Racing now Dale Earnhardt Incorporated. In each case we follow a simple procedure that guarantees satisfaction. First, we schedule a consultation with you where a technician comes and receives a walk-down of your facility taking notes on potential camera placements, power sources, network connections, and areas you wish to record or view. This step is necessary to make sure that we understand your company's specific needs and desires and that we can recommend the correct products. In the next step of the process our technician creates a list of the products, parts, cables, man hours and other expenses we anticipate and sends you a quote for approval. This itemized list explains our custom plan for your facility. If there are different ways of accomplishing the same task we'll send those as separate quotes so you can compare what you think is best for your company. Next, after the quote and terms have been agreed upon, we schedule a convenient time even outside normal business hours for the installation. We provide our own safety equipment and trained technicians perform the install. During the point of installation where cameras are being focused and set to view the proper locations, we require a representative of the company to be present to verify the view settings are indeed what was envisioned. Once the install is completed, we explain and document how everything in the install is setup. Finally, the system is installed and working. But our job isn't done yet, we provide short and informative courses to instruct those tasked with using the system so they can quickly get into using it effectively and properly. This training usually takes less then a few hours and during that time we answer any questions about the system and its functions.
